Out For Some Retail Therapy...

Yesterday, my sister, and friend Katie went out shopping for a birthday present, but as normal, this "birthday shopping" turned into more of a shopping spree for the three of us. We were supposed to be picking up a gift card to Forever 21 (which we did), however, it took us a good three and a half hours to get out of the Gateway mall. Clearly, we were having way too much fun. We decided since we are all trying to SAVE our money (SO hard by the way), we would instead try on different outfits, and of course, take pictures. The whole idea was that each of us would have to find one dress, one really ugly (rather hideous) outfit, and one cute and classy outfit. I have to say that all of ours turned out to be pretty cute, regardless of how ugly they were REALLY supposed to be haha. All in all, by the end of the night, and after trying everything on, I left that mall only having bought TWO pairs of sunglasses. Wow... I was so proud of myself. Pretty pathetic I know haha. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the pics as much as we enjoyed taking them. :)

I love these two girls! They are so fun!

These shorts were surprisingly very cute. I just tucked a white collared top underneath and threw on a slim black belt to match the pumps. The necklace was already mine haha, but it seemed to go together well!

I just really loved this dress so I had to show you the front! Sorry, kind of immodest, but it was my one chance to get away with it haha. If I was a partier, I would definitely wear this to a party. Only $24.80 at Forever 21! :)

Aren't these floppy hats adorable? Well, maybe it's the girls haha... just kidding!

This was actually taken at Bebe. Although very expensive, I love their clothing because they are stylish and comfy. Katie and I loved these two dresses. The longer one you could easily dress up with a few accessories, or even dress down with a pair of gladiator sandals.

Haha these were supposed to be their "ugly" outfits. Katie came out and I said, "What? I would actually wear that skirt!" I thought it was cute. Then again, maybe I have poor taste haha.

Once again, I thought this was going to be an ugly dress. Sure wasn't. It grew on me as soon as I zipped the thing up. It's a funny thing isn't it? I swear it's the hangers... Ann looked like a small-town girl. She's pretty dang cute I have to admit.

None of us saw what we were going to wear before we wore it, so when Katie came out of the dressing room in black and white, we of course had to be in the same picture. :)
