Sign Language- Who needs it?

My Uncle and his family just began taking sign language from a friend in order to better communicate with their son Jackson. While their tutor was teaching them the hand signs for the alphabet, Jackson was having a hard time physically forming his hand into the correct position for each letter. By the end of their lesson, Jackson frustratingly threw out his hand toward his sister, sighed, and said, "Here... you do it." :)

The Jean Dilemma...

So who here has ever tried to put on their jeans one day, and can't zip or button them up? OH BUT WAIT! The very next day comes along and... voila! All of a sudden you can pull 'em, button 'em, and zip 'em without coming up for air! See... this happens to me almost every day haha. I think I have a pair of pants in every size just in case my body feels like becoming a size 5 or hey, even a size 2 one day. I don't understand it! Oh well, gives me a good excuse to buy new jeans right?? :)

Salt Lake REAL Game

My cousin Ryan got Ann and I tickets to last night's REAL game since he works for the league. We LOVE soccer games- not just for the sport, but also because of the food! I mean, where can you find ice cream, churros, kettle corn, Chick-Fil-A, and cotton candy all at once??? SCORE! It was such exciting game- REAL won 3 to 1! :)





I thought this "U" just looked absolutely beautiful up there on that mountain as the sun went down... truly, I don't know if a "Y" could ever look THAT amazing. :)

Parrot Gone Chicken

So probably my favorite place ever is PetsMart because there I can gawk at the many animals I will probably NEVER have the privilege of owning haha. This little guy was my favorite. I tried and tried to get him to fly off the ladder onto a higher branch so I could pet him, but NO.. he chickened out after flapping his wings... seriously... a billion times. I probably looked like a complete idiot because in the meantime, I was trying to make him feel confident by flapping MY arms haha. What I do for entertainment... sometimes I just don't know what to do with myself. Anywho, here he is. Cute isn't he??
